Very comfortable tshirt.

Bought this for my husband and it looks fab on him. We love Merino wool T-shirts and this has a good quality feel about it.

Major sizing inconsistencies at Isobaa and disappointing customer service

I ordered three Isobaa t-shirts in size L, but upon trying them on, they actually fit like sizes S, M, and L. Customer service pointed out that the exact measurements were listed in the specific size charts for each item. However, as a customer, I would never expect size charts to differ between different t-shirts from the very same brand. I have never experienced this with any other reputable online shop. Expecting customers to study the fine print before every single purchase is completely unrealistic. In my opinion, quality control should focus on fixing such major sizing flaws rather than passing the risk and costs onto the customer. This approach is a lose-lose situation: I simply no longer feel confident ordering clothes here, as the risk of constant, costly, and time-consuming returns is far too high. Since I was denied a free return label, Isobaa has unfortunately lost me as a customer. It is a shame, because the t-shirts themselves were actually quite nice.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the disappointing experience.

A bit of context though: these are three different styles, not one product in three sizes. Like many brands, we cut our styles to different fits, Active is slim, Regular is classic, Relaxed is looser. So a 'L' in a slim style sits smaller than a 'L' in a relaxed one. That's intentional rather than a fault, and it's detailed on each product's size guide.

We don't want you out of pocket over the confusion, so we'll issue a partial refund as an apology. Please check your support ticket for the details.
