Merino Blend Trainers (Charcoal Melange)
A classic casual trainer with serious eco credentials. Our RWS non-mulesed Merino & recycled Polyester knitted upper provides comfort, warmth and breathability. The mid sole uses BLOOM foam made from algae, which is soft, lightweight and supportive. The recycled rubber heel & toe panels offer extra durability and grip, while the Nu-Poli Bio-Eco Recycled foam insole offers great support.

Our Merino wool is ethically sourced from trusted Australian suppliers with a heritage dating back to 1857. We only use non-mulesed wool, working with partners who prioritise animal welfare and responsible land management.

I loved those shoes for the material and mid-season freshness, but the sole didn't last very long. All in all, I put them a few months only these last 2 years, during spring and this autumn. Because of the material, one of the shoes got a small snag on the upper front. That problem is mainly aesthetic, but what really disappointed me was that the sole has thinned a lot after only a few months as explained. I wish it would have lasted longer, as it doesn't seem to be replaceable, as most soles nowadays.

I love these. Unreal how comfy they are. No joke, best casual shoe I’ve ever owned. I bough 3 pairs. Grey, Navy and charcoal.
I suffer a bit with hot feet, especially when flying but these are really good on a long journey. The only thing I’d say is the sole could do with more of the harder material where the ball of my foot is. It wares quicker there. They'd last longer for that.

Sizing is all wrong - while i am a 43 (9-9.5) these size very small and so had to return them and request a size up. All a lot of hassle which is a pity as they look great quality shoes
These are good trainers. They look nice and are comfy. The only drawback is that they are quite tight fitting. I’d go up a size next time.

I love these trainers. Very comfortable and well made. I am pleased I read the other reviews and went for a slightly larger size than normal, as the size 46 for me really well.
Look great, very comfortable and seem very good at keeping my feet cool when it's hot, or warm when it's cool - not tested this to any extreme. Look really good too.
Size is pretty close, if anything my 44s are very slightly on the generous size (I'm typically a 9.5-10 UK), but I'd not worry to order to your normal size on this experience.
Pleasantly surprised. The shoes are well made and, most importantly extremely comfortable.
I'm delighted with these. I was borderline on size so went for the larger as I can't bear restricted feet! I love the merino upper - of course both warm and breathable - which makes it comfortable to wear them without socks- and enjoy the almost bare foot feeling. I like the eco credentials, and have been impressed by the company's customer service . I haven't washed them yet, but have every confidence.
The product quality appears about right but unfortunately the sizing is on the tight & narrow side to ware comfortably for me and the cost of sending back makes no sense so will give to son to wear.
