Notre laine mérinos est issue de sources éthiques, auprès de fournisseurs australiens de confiance dont l'histoire remonte à 1857. Nous utilisons exclusivement de la laine non mulesée et travaillons avec des partenaires qui placent le bien-être animal et la gestion responsable des terres au premier plan.

I've bought a number of ISOBAA products over the past few years. I've been really impressed by all of them - they've all been really good quality products and, generally, good value for money. This is the case for the Merino 230 Beanie. It's really warm and an excellent item to have available when required. However, I was disappointed to find that the care instructions are clearly visible when the beanie is worn with a 'turn up' (that is, when worn like it is in the image of the man wearing the beanie). This is not what I'd expect from a product sold by ISOBAA.
As usual, the fabric quality is great as the beanie by itself, but the writing in the beanie (isobaa logo, fabric percentage, how to wash) wore off and disintegrated (without washing) pretty quickly, making it looks pretty cheap. This is not the quality I am use to with isobaa but it is always a tricky thing to write things directly on the fabric and transfer will always wore off at the end
Thanks for the feedback! You’re right, printed care and logo details can wear over time. We use low impact, non harmful inks, which are gentler but more delicate. We’re moving the care information to a sewn in label next season to avoid the issue in future.

Merino 230 Beanie (Charcoal/Black)
Well made and comfortable
I ordered the beanie at the same time as a pair of slippers. The slippers arrived (in Australia) within a week to 10 days. There was no note to tell me the beanie would be delivered separately, so I had to follow up myself.
After at least two email follow ups, the beanie finally arrived. Apparently the delay was due to moving to a new dispatch centre. Could and should have been more proactive with communications.
Anyroad, the beanie itself is warm and very lightweight - exactly what I wanted :-)

Just to clarify, when items ship separately, our system does send two shipment confirmation emails. The first notes a partial shipment, with a follow-up once the remaining item is on its way. That said, we’ve also updated our site so expected delivery times and split shipments are clearer before purchase.

Soft, warm, matches some Smartwool gloves of same color/stripe. I've probably sweat a gallon in this but still smells/looks/insulates fine (don't wash your wool, just hang it out and it lasts forever)
