Your existing orders count

Points accrue from the moment you start shopping with us, whether you've joined the scheme or not.

It's a rolling 12 months

Your tier reflects the last year of activity, so older orders gradually stop counting.

Refunds adjust your balance

If an order is refunded, the points from that order come off too.

Opt in or out any time

Joining is one tap inside your account, and you can leave whenever you like.

Review bonus

Leave a product review for an extra 50 points.

Newsletter bonus

Subscribe to emails for an extra 50 points.

Refer a friend

Share your referral link and earn 100 points for every friend who joins, up to 5 referrals (500 points total).

Eligibility & Participation

  • The Loyalty Scheme is open to all registered customers with a valid account on our website.
  • Participation is to be selected within your account.
  • Spend is tracked in GBP, regardless of purchase currency and converted to points, £1 = 1 point.
  • Points will be calculated based on the conversion rate at the time of purchase.
  • Points are linked to the email address used at checkout.
  • For display, points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. Tier thresholds are assessed against your exact (unrounded) points balance.
  • Points cannot be transferred across Customer Accounts.
  • Points do not hold any cash value.

Tier Structure & Qualifying Spend

Tiers are determined by your cumulative spend over the current rolling 12-month period.

Tier 12-Month Qualifying Points Reward Benefit
Bronze 250–499 5% off future purchases while in tier
Silver 500–999 10% off future purchases while in tier
Gold 1000+ 20% off future purchases while in tier

Earning Points

  • Calculation: Points are calculated based on total order payment for qualifying items minus shipping and refunds.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in spend.
  • Returns: If an item is returned and refunded, the value of that item will be deducted from your cumulative points. This may result in a delay in reaching the next tier.
  • Product Reviews: Earn 50 additional points when you review a product you've purchased. You must be opted in to the loyalty scheme at the time of the review. Points are awarded once per account.
  • Subscribe to Emails: Earn 50 additional points for subscribing to our email newsletter. Points will be deducted if you unsubscribe.
  • Refer a Friend: Earn 100 points when you refer a friend and they make their first purchase as a new customer. The person referred must not have purchased from us before. Limited to 5 referrals per account. See our referrals page for more info & full t&cs.

Applying Your Discount

  • Automatic Activation: Once a threshold is reached, your discount will automatically apply to all future qualifying purchases at checkout. You must be logged into your account to see and use the discount.
  • Non-Stacking: Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, seasonal offers or bundle offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Dynamic Status: Your loyalty discount is active as long as your qualifying points remain above the designated threshold. While there is no "expiry date" on your membership, your status is subject to real-time adjustments based on your 12-month rolling spend and return history.

Tracking Your Progress

  • Your current tier and the remaining points required to reach the next level are visible in your Customer Account.
  • Status updates and threshold reminders will be sent periodically via the email address associated with your account (providing you are opted into emails).

Returns and Tier Reversion

  • Threshold Maintenance: Your tier status is calculated on a rolling 12-month cumulative spend.
  • Automatic Adjustment: If a return or refund causes your total qualifying points to fall below the threshold of your current tier, your account will be automatically moved to the appropriate lower tier immediately upon processing the refund.
  • Notification: Any change in status due to a return will be reflected in your Customer Account. You will regain your previous tier once your qualifying points meet the required threshold.

Right to Amend or Withdraw

While we intend for these benefits to be long-lasting, Isobaa reserves the right to:

  • Modify the spend/point thresholds or discount percentages with 30 days' notice to active members.
  • Terminate the loyalty scheme at any time. In the event of termination, existing discounts will be honoured for a period of 30 days.
  • Audit accounts for "fair use". We reserve the right to remove users from the scheme who we have deemed to misuse it.
