The above chart indicates body measurements, not garment dimensions.
Chest - measured around the largest part of your chest, under your arm pits.
Waist - your natural waist lies between your hip bones and the bottom of your ribs. Breathe normally & relax your stomach.
Inseam - measured from the middle of your crotch to the base of your ankle bone.
If your body measurements are between sizes, go down to the smaller size for a tighter fit or up to the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
If your body measurements result in different sizes, we recommend using your chest measurement for tops and your waist measurement for bottoms.

The Length measurement is in millimeters and represents the length of the internal insole. To find your size you should either:
- Measure the insole of a comfortable pair of trainers you own and compare to the chart below.
- Measure your foot by standing on a piece of paper wearing socks, draw round the circumference of your foot & measure the distance between your heel & longest toe. Do this for both feet and take the longest measurement. The insole length should be slightly bigger than the length of your longest foot.
