With plenty to tuck in and natural absorbency this is perfect for long cycle rides.
I’ve been a fan of merino wool since working on a sheep station 35 years ago. However isobaa takes the joy of wool to the next level. Warm but not hot, cool but not cold. Fantastically comfortable. So good I look forward to bedtime.
This is a well made jacket and the material is windproof. I had already purchased a ladies version but wanted one a bit larger so I can easily fit a fleece under in winter so I purchased a man’s size and it was ideal. It is very comfortable to wear and looks smart as well. I would recommend this as a good buy.
Although I have a Red one of these in the Ladies cut, I had to buy this one in the Men’s just for the colour. Hubby now sulky as he wants one as well. Obviously sleeves are too long but otherwise a fabulous top and getting lots of compliments. Please do more bright colours in both sexes, thanks

Reordered this as annoyingly lost the original. Replacement is not the same quantity of merino, fits looser and really not the same. I’ve still got other colours of the beanie from previous purchases and so can physically see the comparison too.

Very high quality, no itchy at all even 100% merino wool, value for money compared with other overpriced brands.

I love everything about this top. Good stripes, nice neckline, sleeves long enough, cosy without being hot.
Absolute comfort.
This fleece is great. Fits snugly, but there is plenty of stretch so movement is good. It is SO warm. But because it’s merino you don’t get uncomfortably hot and sweaty. I’m 6’3”and 14 stone and the XL fits perfectly

Comfortable, a nice weight to it . Just wished it was maybe a little more feminine.
I have a number of Isobaa tops, purchased this as wanted a thinner weighted top for the warmer weather. Love the colour and style. Only criticism is because it’s thinner material I’ve already got a small hole in the top where it rubbed on my rucksack buckle.
Thank you for the review and sorry to hear about the hole! Friction is unfortunately merino's biggest enemy, especially in a lighter weight. If you'd like to repair it, please get in touch and we'd be happy to send some (hopefully) matching yarn, or a replacement if needed.
Initially bought a couple of items to check the quality. Now have loads of things. I have a separate laundry pile for all the Merino stuff now.
Love the fit especially around the neck area. I like to have a collar that at least meets or just comes over the neck shoulder area. Don’t like saggy necked tops/t-shrits. Makes it look smarter too

I was looking for a lightweight warm mid alt base layer and wow was i impressed. Would highly recommend Isobaa clothing.
Good quality but too expensive and not very warm. The thicker tops all seem to have the zippered high neck, which I don't want for a base layer. Thicker/warmer crew necks needed.
Within a few months they had several holes on the base of the heel around the grips.
Isobaa were great and replaced them under warranty, but exactly the same thing happened to the second pair.
We're really sorry to hear the replacement pair developed the same issue – that's clearly not good enough. We've issued a full refund for one pair as an apology, and we're raising this with our design team to look into it properly.

I’m 162cm/49kg I use this for night wear.
It’s so comfortable and easy to move.
Schöner Hoodie - aber ausgesprochen lang und schmal geschnitten. Ich trage normalerweise Größe 38/40 und habe M gewählt (da es L nicht mehr gab) und der Hoodie sitzt seeehr körpernah, dafür sind mir die Ärmel viel zu lang. Ich kann also die Daumenschlaufen kaum nutzen, da ich die Ärmel immer umkrempeln muss.
Aber ansonsten ist er hübsch, warm und ein schönes Kleidungsstück für alle möglichen Gelegenheiten.
