1. Eligibility

Participation in the Rewards Program is available, for free, to all customers who sign up through our website. By joining the program, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Earning Points

Members earn points on eligible purchases made on our website. Full-priced products earn 20% of their value in points, while discounted products earn 5%. Points are credited to the member's account immediately upon purchase.

Points are not earned on returned merchandise or uncompleted transactions.

The Rewards Program may offer bonus points on certain purchases or promotional events, which will be communicated through our website and marketing communications.

3. Points Balance

Members can view their current points balance by logging into their account on our website. The account dashboard will display the total points accumulated, the date of expiration, and redemption options.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The redemption rate and available discount levels are subject to change and will be published on our website.

To redeem points, members must log into their account, navigate to the rewards section, and select the discount they wish to apply to their next purchase.

5. Points Expiration

Points expire 90 days from the date of the last purchase. Members will be notified via email 7 days prior to the expiration of their points. The exact date can also be found in the member's account. Points expire at 00:00 (UTC) on the date listed.

6. Non-Transferability of Points

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are linked to the member's account that earned them and cannot be combined with points from another account.

7. Returns

When a member returns an item purchased through the Rewards Program, the handling of points and refunds will follow these detailed guidelines:

Points Deduction for Returned Items: If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance. This ensures that points are accurately reflected based on your actual purchases.

Refunds on Purchases Using Points:

• Partial Points Use: If you made a purchase using both points for a discount and real money (e.g., £40 spent with a £25 discount from points), we will initially process a refund in real money for the amount paid out-of-pocket. The relevant points earned will be deducted from your account. If the refund amount exceeds the real money spent, the excess will be credited back to your points balance, and a 7-day expiry will be given. This does not apply if your existing points have an expiry date greater than 7 days, in which case the longer expiry period will be honored.
• Entire Purchase Made with Points: For purchases made entirely with points, the total points used will be refunded to your account. These refunded points will have a 7-day expiry period unless your existing points have a longer expiry, in which case the original expiry date will be maintained.
• Adjustments for Subsequent Points Use: If you've used points earned from a purchase on a subsequent transaction and then return the original item with no remaining points balance to deduct from, we may adjust your refund to account for the used points.

8. Use of Points During Sales and Promotions

Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts, unless specified otherwise in the promotional terms and conditions.

9. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through our website and marketing communications.

10. Privacy

Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the administration of the Rewards Program, including but not limited to errors in crediting points to accounts, errors in point redemption, or errors in communication of program changes.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Rewards Program, members agree to these terms and conditions and any updates or modifications thereto. It is the member's responsibility to stay informed about any changes to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions establish the agreement between Isobaa and the participants of the Rewards Program. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
