You can return an item within 100 days of receiving your order if for any reason you're not completely happy with it.

Items should be returned in the same condition in which you receive them: the original product packaging and tags must still be attached, and the products must be in an unused condition (except in the case of products which you have discovered to be faulty upon use) - please contact us and be sure to select 'Faulty product' from the query topic dropdown.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order back to us. You can do so using any courier of your choosing, but please note that in this case we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product).

Eligibility

This guarantee applies only to 100% Merino wool garments purchased directly from isobaa.com.
Valid on baselayer products only (120gsm–200gsm fabric weights).
Excludes garments made with blended fabrics or products not designed for base layer use.

Timeframe

Claims must be made within 1 year from the date of delivery.
Limit of one claim per customer and one item per claim.

Care Requirements

To qualify for a refund, customers must demonstrate:

Reasonable use and care of the garment.
Garments were aired between wears and, if needed, spot-cleaned in high-sweat areas.
Washing was carried out in accordance with the care label instructions.
Garments were not worn for more than 30 consecutive days without washing.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
You may be asked to return the item, depending on the circumstances.

Outcome

Valid claims will receive a full refund on the eligible item.
We reserve the right to request the product be returned, but may allow the customer to retain, reuse, or recycle the garment as appropriate.

Limitations

The guarantee is intended for everyday, real-world use. It is not valid if the product has been used in excessive, extreme, or clearly unreasonable conditions.
This offer is made in good faith to reflect our confidence in Merino wool. We reserve the right to reject claims that appear dishonest or clearly outside the intended scope of the guarantee.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all claims.
