This product has tacked pockets. When our factory make and pack each hoodie, the pockets can open up and lose shape. Tacking pockets is traditionally done in tailoring but our machinists like to do it as knitwear can so easily stretch.
If you want to remove the tacked pockets from your hoodie, please watch our helpful video below and follow the instructions. Once the stitch is removed, you should be able to use the pockets as usual.

Gauge (gg) measures the number of needles per inch on the knitting machine. The higher the number, the finer and more closely knit the fabric.
Lower gauge knits are chunkier and more textured. Higher gauge knits are smoother, lighter, and sit closer to the skin

Microns measure the thickness of each merino fibre.
Smaller microns usually feel softer against skin because the fibres bend more easily. Larger microns usually feel firmer and can be more rugged for outer layers.
