Using the latest 'FulFil' Merino insulation technology from UK based HD Wool, this baffled gilet offers amazing warmth and protection using insulation that's made from recovered wool fibres collected during yarn production, so nothing goes to waste. Unlike feather & down, Merino will still insulate even when wet, so you can stop worrying about the weather forecast. Merino will keep you warm when it's cold and breathes well when it's warm, keeping you comfortable whatever the weather. It's also quick drying, naturally odour resistant and sustainable.
Our gilet outer fabric is made from recycled GREENLON® Nylon - wasted yarn from the textile industry is manufactured into recycled chips, which then go through spinning process to produce nylon recycled yarn. This outer fabric is then treated with a Durable Water Repellent coating (C0 DWR / PFC free) to give you further protection from the elements.

I loved this the first time I wore it, I didn’t overheat walking uphill and it kept me warm when it was cold and windy on the top of hills. It’s lightweight, comfortable and a good length (I’m 5’9”). However, it got a tear in it the second time I wore it, so I don’t think it’s durable enough for outdoor activities. I’ve been wearing various brands of outdoor clothing for 30 years and have never ripped anything before. The top layer is thin and fragile so I won’t risk using it for walking anymore. I wouldn’t wear it for leisure/work as I don’t find the shape very flattering (it’s straight up and down with no waist). It’s disappointing as if it was more durable I would have given it 5 stars

This is a really nice product but a women’s large was too small and looking at the sizes the women’s XLwould also be too small. I’m a L in most outdoor gear and it’s embarrassing that I had to get a men’s XL to fit me!! You need to make the range of sizes better. I am not a big person (size 14) so anyone bigger than me would not be able to buy this garment. Really nice and warm.

Veste sans manche très pratique et chaude
With the weather being a bit chilly, my new insulated gilet is getting a lot of use. It's very light but warm. The shell material is lovely and soft too. It's a joy to wear.
